Impression Cylinder Cleaner TRANSFERRING-FREE LIQUID

This Liquid PERFECTER offers not only cleaning effect of the impression cylinder, but also preventing effect of transferring of ink on the cylinder. conventionally, different products are used for each performance(effect). Therefore by using PERFECTER no need to use solvent to clean the cylinder beforehand and you can save time to wait for the drying and polish thoroughly with a clean cloth. PERFECTER is useable for any kind of cylinders from printing machine of desk-top type up to web press, whatever may be the material of the cylinder, and does not affect plate surface and blanket. Furthermore, there is no problem in using PERFECTER after the process of after laminating.

(SPECIAL FEATURES) 1. Powerful cleaning effect and preventing effect of transferring of ink. PERFECTER enables an extremely long running of the printing machine without quality deterioration, because the printed ink in the first printing is not transferred to the cylinder even in the double-side or flip-over printing by mono-color/multi-color or double-side sheetfed presses. 2. Prevents static electricity. PERFECTER ensures good sheet alignment by preventing static electricity. 3. Strong anti-rust and water repellent effect. PERFECTER keeps longer life of cylinder and reduces maintenance.

(DIRECTIONS) If the cylinder is dirty enough with sticked ink, gum, powder, lint or other foreign materials, please clean the cylinder first with soft nylon brush and water to make the cylinder as a new one before PERFECTER is used. 1. Shake well the bottle before use. 2. Apply suitable quantity of PERFECTER with a soft cloth, and give wiping with the cloth on the whole surface of the cylinder diluting PERFECTER until it becomes transparent. 3. Immediate printing is available when the PERFECTER becomes transparent. No need to wait for the drying up and wiping off with another soft cloth. 4. How often PERFECTERshould be used ? -Basically, everyday, and it is recommendable to use it for blanket cleaning and for every change of plate, paper size and pallet. All kinds of product spoilage on the impression cylinder can be prevented by using PERFECTER
